Our story
20 years of learning how people grow.
More than 14 million people have taken part in Chronus mentoring programs and employee communities. Along the way, we learned what makes development stick: practice, the right people and the right moment. In 2024, we acquired Imperative and its proprietary, research-backed Purpose Assessment, which reveals what drives each employee: why they work, who they want to impact and how they solve problems. Those motivational drivers are built into our platform, making coaching and mentor matching intentional and personal, well beyond a job title. In 2026, we launched Rumi by Chronus to put it all to work, with an AI coach that’s always available and people for the moments that need one.
